SALON Â POLICIES
*Punctuality: To ensure that you have an efficient and wonderful experience at Salon Monica's, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will be cancelled and/or rescheduled after 15 minutes.
*Our reception area is for clients that are being serviced. There are no guests or children allowed in the salon unless they are receiving services.
* CASH only is accepted for payment of services and products.
* If for any reason a client is dissatisfied with their cut or color ONLY, we will gladly adjust the cut or color within seven (7) days of the original appointment at no additional charge. We do not offer a la carte styling.
* Children under the age of 11 are not allowed in the salon for any reason.
* All permanent color & extension services require a prior consultation & a 50% deposit when booking.
* Salon Monica's is not responsible for hair damage due to chemical and/or color procedures. Please consult with your stylist prior to receiving services.
* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
